Shipping Information
Koala Fabrics aim to pack and send orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are sent via Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Domestic Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched from South East Victoria 3810.

Flat-Rate Delivery
- Australia: $12.20 standard / $15.60 express
- New Zealand: $24.00 standard / $39.00 express
- Pakenham (3810): Free local delivery
Signature On Delivery
Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if deemed safe to do so.
If you would prefer Signature On Delivery, please contact us before placing your order so this can be arranged.
Australia Post Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect
If you’re worried about missed deliveries or parcels being left unattended, Australia Post Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect is a free and secure option.
