Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so we encourage you to choose carefully before completing your purchase. This includes incorrect quantity selections or fabric cut lengths, as fabrics are cut to order and cannot be resold.

Issues with Your Order

If you experience a problem with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or noticing a fault with your fabric, please email us with photos, so we can assess the issue.

In these cases, we're happy to arrange a refund, replacement, or return, depending on the situation. Items should be unwashed and uncut.
