Shipping Information
Koala Fabrics aims to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are sent via Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Flat-Rate Delivery
- Australia: $12.20 standard / $15.60 express
- New Zealand: $24.00 standard / $39.00 express
- Pakenham (3810): Free local delivery
Delivery Responsibility
We take care to pack and ship orders securely. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
International Orders
For customers outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs processing fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
